Alleged drunk driver accused of having drugs

POMFRET, N.Y. (WIVB) – New York State Police made a drug arrest during a traffic stop Wednesday evening. Police say 42-year-old Martellion Ham was stopped on Straight Road and State Route 60, in the Town of Pomfret.

Police say Ham, who has a revoked license, was in possession of a small amount of cocaine. In addition, Ham submitted a breath test that revealed an alleged .08 percent BAC.

Ham will answer charged later this month in Town of Pomfret Court.
