CASTILE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Authorities found an unoccupied, overturned Dodge Ram on Pattridge Road, in the Town of Castile, Sunday night. The driver was found nearby, and is accused of having a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says a Perry Police Patrolman was first to the scene of the one-vehicle crash. The patrolman searched the area and found 35-year-old Jason Redfield on Lower Reservation Road.

The sheriff’s office says Redfield states driving the vehicle when it left the roadway and crashed. He was treated for minor injuries before taking field sobriety tests.

Redfield failed sobriety tests and submitted an alleged .26 percent BAC, according to the sheriff’s office. He will face several charges in Town of Castile Court in April.
