Man accused of stealing from discount clothing store

NIAGARA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Buffalo man was arrested Friday for allegedly trying to steal items from a discount clothing store.

State Police were called to Marshall’s in the Town of Niagara after loss prevention officers reported a man had left with more than $110 in merchandise.

Troopers caught up to the suspect, 45-year-old Herman Menniweather, and arrested him with petit larceny.
