HARMONY, N.Y. (WIVB) – Tuesday night, deputies say they arrested a Jamestown man for felony DWI due to two prior drunk driving convictions.

While on patrol around 10 p.m., deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office observed a vehicle parked in the side of Spooner Road near Rt. 474 in the Town of Harmony. Officers went to check on the occupants and found the driver, 42-year-old Ronald Bartlett, was intoxicated.

Bartlett’s driver’s license was revoked for a previous alcohol-related offense and he has had two prior DWI convictions in the past 10 years.

He was arrested for felony DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.
