AMS to add 249 jobs as it expands to Elma


ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A mortgage servicing company in Depew is adding 249 jobs as it expands its business and moves to Elma.

Seneca Mortgage Investments LP recently acquired AMS Servicing, LLC, which currently employees 270 people in Depew. Over the next five years, Seneca Mortgage will invest $7.3 million into a new office in Elma and AMS will add 249 jobs.

The business will be moving into the 35,000-square-foot Jamison Business Park facility after renovations are made. The building has been unoccupied for more than five years.

NYS granted Seneca Mortgage $1.5 million in performance-based Excelsior Jobs Program tax credits, and the Erie County Industrial Development Agency granted the company $219,000 in sales tax breaks to support the project. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
