Man accused of driving drunk with BAC three times over limit

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man was arrested around 4 p.m. on Tuesday for drunk driving, and deputies say his blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.

Deputies responded to Grand Island Boulevard after 57-year-old Dana Boyle had left a business and appeared to be intoxicated. Authorities caught up to Boyle and took him into custody. His BAC was reportedly .25 percent.
