Man faces drug charge after reported crash with bus

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man is accused of being impaired by drugs at the time of a reported hit-and-run accident involving a school bus. New York State Police say they were called to a crash involving a vehicle and a school bus around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Police located 20-year-old Paul B. Mosher, of Grand Island, on Second Avenue. They say he was the operator of a black Acura that was involved in the crash.

A drug recognition expert says Mosher was impaired by drugs. He was arrested for DWI and DWAI Drugs. He was also issued traffic tickets.
