Man allegedly leaves store with $465 phone

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Lockport man is accused of leaving a Verizon store without paying for a phone he took with him. New York State Police say on Wednesday, 23-year-old Adam Braunscheidel left the store on South Transit Road with a $465 phone.

Police say they arrested Braunscheidel on Thursday, and charged him with petit larceny. He will appear in Town of Lockport Court next week.
