One person shot outside Buffalo store

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – An employee of Utica Sneakertown was shot Friday night outside of the store on Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo.

The shooting happened around 7 p.m. at the store, which is nearby the Tops supermarket.  Police say the 58 year-old man was the only one was struck by gunfire.  He was taken to ECMC with apparent non-life threatening injuries and is listed in good condition on Saturday.

Police tell News 4 that the suspect attempted to enter the store when he shot the man.  The suspect is described as a black male possibly in his 30’s. Anyone with information is asked to call or text the Confidential TIPCALL Line at (716)847-2255.
