WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) – West Seneca’s Emergency Manager has a warning for people who might be tempted to walk on an icy portion of Buffalo Creek.

John Gullo says people should not walk or play on the ice on the creeks.  The ice could be thin in sections and pose a danger to those walking on the frozen creek.

Gullo says two children walked on the ice behind Lexington Green on Friday and had to be coaxed to return to safe land.
