Inmate accused of promoting prison contraband

CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says an inmate was found to be in possession of multiple items of prison contraband. The sheriff’s office reports, 18-year-old Thomas Kimbrough Jr. was arrested during a search, on Sunday, at the county jail.

Kimbrough, of Jamestown, is charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband.
