OP school leaders to meet on budget shortfall

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - School boards in the southtowns are facing some very difficult decisions. Leaders in Orchard Park will meet Tuesday night, to look at ways to make up a budget shortfall of more than $2 million.

The district could be forced to cut more than a dozen full-time jobs, including teaching positions at the high school, middle school and elementary school level.

The board expects to vote later this month on a final budget that will go before voters in May.
