BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The owner and operator of a liquor store and a lounge has admitted to grand larceny. The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says 33-year-old Ronald Brantley, of Buffalo, has pleaded guilty to failing to file quarterly sales tax returns.

Brantley was the owner of Spirits Wine and Liquor, at 1526 Main Street, and Blush Ultra Lounge, at 1389 Delaware Avenue. He admits between March 2009 and August 2012, not filing quarterly sales tax returns and as a result stole $63,095.87.

Brantley faces a maximum of five to 15 years in state prison when he is sentenced in August.
