Three allegedly break into liquor store, take merchandise

SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) – Three people are accused of breaking a plate glass window and stealing merchandise from Barone Liquors, in the Village of Silver Creek.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Jacob Seeley and 18-year-old Talia B. Zrimsek are facing several charges. The third person’s identity was not released by police.

Officials say Seeley was arrested on a warrant on Friday, and Zrimsek turned herself in on Monday. They were both arraigned and remanded the Chautauqua County Jail with bail.
