Three allegedly break into liquor store, take merchandise

SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three people are accused of breaking a plate glass window and stealing merchandise from Barone Liquors, in the Village of Silver Creek.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Jacob Seeley and 18-year-old Talia B. Zrimsek are facing several charges. The third person’s identity was not released by police.

Officials say Seeley was arrested on a warrant on Friday, and Zrimsek turned herself in on Monday. They were both arraigned and remanded the Chautauqua County Jail with bail.

The will answer burglary, criminal mischief, petit larceny and conspiracy charges in court at a later date.
