Police make arrest in bank robbery


AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Tonawanda man is accused of robbing the M&T Bank at 3500 Main Street, in Amherst. Buffalo and Amherst Police worked together to arrest 47-year-old Ruben Gray.

The incident happened around 3:45 p.m. Police did not release details on the incident.

Police say Gray was arrested Tuesday and is in custody at the Erie County Holding Center.
