Woman in alleged DWI crash after domestic dispute

LEROY, N.Y. (WIVB) – A woman was arrested after State Police she got into a domestic dispute and then crashed her car into a parked vehicle while driving drunk.

Troopers were called to a home on Bernd Road in LeRoy around 11:20 p.m. on Sunday, where a car had collided with a vehicle parked in a driveway. Police say the driver of the vehicle, Judith Peterson of Lancaster, was found walking down the street.

The 53-year-old woman had been involved in a domestic dispute before crashing her car, troopers say. She reportedly had a BAC of .17 percent.

Peterson was arrested on charges of DWI.
