Four accused of hosting drug-fueled underage drinking parties

ALBION, N.Y (WIVB) – After a six-month investigation, four people have been arrested on charges of hosting drug-fueled underage drinking parties at a home on Lattin Road in the Town pf Gaines.

The Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force began investigating the sale and distribution of cocaine, ecstasy and bath salts, but agents say they uncovered three of the four suspects had sexual contact with a person under the age of 17.

On Monday, agents executed a search warrant at the Lattin Road home, taking into custody 43-year-old Lee Tisdale and 24-year-old Jennifer Davilia as well as 20-year-old Devon Robinson and 40-year-old Laura Campell, two Rochester residents.

Animal control officers took four pit bulls from the residence they say appeared to have injuries from fighting. The home was so dilapidated, it was condemned.
