JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) – Jamestown Police have released a new photo of one of two armed robbers who stole prescription medication, cash and cigarettes from the CVS store in Brooklyn Square.

The theft happened at 2:16 a.m. on Wednesday. The suspects, described as white males with medium builds, entered the store carrying a knife. Both suspects had masks over their faces and were wearing Carhartt-style pants and hooded sweatshirts.

One suspect had a dark blue sweatshirt that said “Tailgate Party.” The second suspect was wearing a sweatshirt with “AE” on the front left.

Police released a second photo of one of the suspects that was captured at the Kwikfill prior to the robbery. In it, the suspect is still wearing a mask.

Authorities say “Tailgate Party” is a logo belonging to a now closed corporation “Steve and Barrys,” which had clothing outlets in the Erie and Galleria malls. The stores closed in 2008.

Anyone who recognizes the logo and knows a specific person who owns a sweatshirt like this is asked to call detectives at 483-7531.
