CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) – A woman is accused of punching and kicking her boyfriend during an argument, before damaging his cell phone. New York State Police say they responded to a reported domestic dispute at 9 p.m. Wednesday, at Budget Inn on Main Street in Clarence.

Police say 44-year-old Keri West punched and kicked her boyfriend during an argument. Police say the man’s cell phone was recording the incident, and he tried to grab it. That is when West allegedly threw it into the toilet. Police say he took it out of the toilet, before she took it and threw it across the parking lot.

West is charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. She will answer charged in Town of Clarence Court at a later date.
