Police: Drunk man banged on windows at Tim Horton’s

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – An alleged drunk driver was arrested for reportedly banging on the windows of a Tim Horton’s restaurant. Orchard Park Police arrested 55-year-old Adrian Boag at 1:45 a.m. Friday.

Police say Boag was banging on the windows at the Southwestern Boulevard store, complaining about his coffee. Police responded and say he failed field sobriety tests. A breath test showed an alleged .22 percent blood alcohol content. This is nearly three times the legal limit.

Boag was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, open container, unattended motor vehicle and three counts of disorderly conduct. Police say this is Boag’s seventh alcohol-related arrest.
