Driver who couldn’t get up hill charged with DWI

ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Police were called to help a motorist who couldn’t get his vehicle up a hill, and ended up arresting him for driving drunk.

Early Sunday morning, shortly before 1 a.m., Attica Police were called to West Avenue when 45-year-old Daniel Kunes couldn’t get his vehicle up a hill due to poor road conditions.

Officers say they determined Kunes was intoxicated and a breath test revealed a .13 percent BAC.
