Man charged with burglary, rape pleads not guilty

LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Little Valley man accused of raping a person after breaking into their home has pleaded not guilty to a long list of charges.

Robert Case appeared in court on Monday. Prosecutors say the 45-year-old man broke into a person’s home in the Town of New Albion on January 31 and raped a person inside.

Case pleaded not guilty to charges of first degree rape, second degree burglary, third degree burglary, second degree assault, second degree strangulation, and first degree unlawful imprisonment.
