Drivers to face lane shift during bridge construction

CATTARAUGUS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Construction will continue next week on the Routes 5 and 20 bridge over Cattaraugus Creek. The bridge is in Erie and Chautauqua Counties, and the Cattaraugus territory of the Seneca Nation of Indians.

The New York State Department of Transportation says the work will begin Monday and last for about eight to ten weeks. Drivers should expect to encounter a lane shift on the roadway.
