Volunteers can help stock lake, creek with trout

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Niagara Falls residents can help stock Hyde Park Lake and Gill Creek with brown trout. A division of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Caledonia Hatchery will be stocking the bodies of water on April 11th at 11 a.m.

Residents who want to participate will need to arrive with completed volunteer applications, that can be picked up at 1785 New Road.

Volunteers under the age of 18 will need a parent or legal chaperone to sign their application.
