Bisons open season with a bang

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Buffalo Bisons opened the 2014 season with a four-run first inning on their way to a 6-3 Opening Day win over Rochester.

Mike Nickeas’s two-run single keyed the first inning surge. Matt Tuiasosopo went 3-for-4 in the victory.

The Bisons and Red Wings play again Friday at 2:05pm at Coca-Cola Field.
