Man accused of using victim’s debit card without permission

SOUTH DAYTON, N.Y. (WIVB) – A South Dayton man was arrested Monday on charges he used a debit card that did not belong to him three times at the local Super Duper grocery store.

State Police say Joseph Gierszewski used a card taken from a Town of Leon resident without the owner’s knowledge or permission. The 20-year-old is facing three counts of petit larceny and one count of fourth degree grand larceny.
