Man pulled over for speeding is arrested for drugs

EVANS, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Buffalo man was arrested for drugs after being stopped for speeding in the Town of Evans on Thursday.

Officers pulled Raymond McCool over around 10:30 a.m. and say they found the 56-year-old had two ounces of cocaine in individual bags and over 100 hydrocodone pills in an unmarked container.

McCool was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance not in its original container, and several vehicle and traffic violations.
