Neighbors’ complaints lead to woman’s arrest

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Complaints from neighbors led to the arrest of a Niagara Falls woman Friday morning.

For the past three months, Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies and Niagara Falls Police have investigated 28-year-old Victoria Ann Bellegia. On Friday, officers executed a search warrant at her home on 90th Street and say they found heroin, marijuana and drug-related paraphernalia.

Bellegia was arrested and charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. She was taken to the Niagara County Jail on $2,000 bail.
