Buckshot pellets strike three people

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Two people have been arrested in connection to a triple shooting Sunday morning on Kerns Avenue near Texas Street.

Police say three people were struck by buckshot pellets at 11:30 a.m. Two females and one male were taken to Erie County Medical Center where they were treated and released.

Police arrested 18-year-old Christopher Withrow, of Buffalo, and charged him with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and assault.

Police also arrested 20-year-old Terry Garrison, of Buffalo, and charged him with menacing and criminal mischief. Garrison allegedly threatened individuals at the Kerns Avenue residence, and threw a rock through the front window.
