Residents report stolen items from cars, homes

COLDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Erie County Sheriff’s Office is reminding residents to lock their car doors, garages and storage sheds. Over the past ten days, there have been several reports of miscellaneous items stolen. Several of the incidents were in Colden and Concord.

The sheriff’s office says the thefts happened during the night, between March 28th and April 7th.

Anyone who sees suspicious vehicles or people are encouraged to call 911 immediately. Anyone having information pertaining to these incidents, or to any that are similar, are asked to contact Detective Matthew Noecker at 667-5230 or Detective Gregory McCarthy at 667-5224.
