Charter school wants to buy Public School 71

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Buffalo charter school is looking to make a move. The King Center Charter School wants to purchase the city-owned Public School 71, so they can relocate there from their current campus at the King Center.

Representatives from the center and members of the east side community will present the plans to the Buffalo Common Council Tuesday. That meeting’s happening at 1 p.m.
