Coldspring man facing several charges after domestic incident

COLDSPRING, N.Y. (WIVB) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 54-year-old Scott Irvin on Sunday at his home on Railroad Ave in Coldspring.

Irvin is charged with criminal mischief, harassment, and resisting arrest. Deputies say Irvin allegedly shoved his girlfriend and broke out a window of her car. They say he then resisted arrest.

Irvin was arraigned in Town of Coldspring Court and taken to Cattaraugus County Jail where he is being held on $5,000 bail.
