HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) – Deputies say after pulling over 24-year-old John Stoll III for speeding on April 7, they discovered he was in violation of an order of protection.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says Stoll had an active stay away order for four passengers in his vehicle. Stoll was arrested and charged with criminal contempt.
