Police: Mom forces daughter to fight, posts video on social media

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Niagara Falls woman has been arrested on charges she forced her teenage daughter to fight another teen girl, and then posted a video of the fight to a social media website.

Detectives took Eula McCray, of Willow Avenue, into custody on Thursday and charged her with third-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say in the video, which lasts several minutes, the 34-year-old forces two teenage girls, one 13 and the other 14, to fight in the street while a crowd gathers to watch.

Authorities say neither girl was seriously injured. Police say after the fight, McCray posted the video to a social media website.

A press conference will be held on Friday at Niagara Falls Police headquarters, where officers are expected to discuss the investigation.
