Little Valley man charged with assault

LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested 23-year-old Zeno Whiteman of Little Valley on charges of third degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say on Tuesday, Whiteman began assaulting someone in a car while there were two young children in the backseat. Whiteman was processed and released and is due back in Little Valley Court at a later date.

In addition, 28-year-old Scott Milks, Jr. of Randolph was arrested in connection to the incident.
