Gary Todd and Jermaine Hamilton

NIAGARA, N.Y. (WIVB) – New York State Police arrested two men on drug charges during a traffic stop in the Town of Niagara. Troopers say they stopped a vehicle on Military Road for failing to keep right Saturday at 11:45 p.m.

Troopers says they could smell marijauana and spotted it inside the vehicle. The driver, 23-year-old Gary M. Todd, and his passenger 24-year-old Jermaine Hamilton, both of Niagara Falls, were arrested on criminal possession of marijuana charges.

The men are due in Town of Niagara Court later this month.
