Man accused of stabbing two others at Lockport bar

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – Lockport Police have charged a man with stabbing two others during a fight at a Main Street bar early Saturday morning.

Officers were called to Lock 34 around 2 a.m., where three people had been cut or stabbed during the brawl. One was taken to an area hospital by Mercy Flight and a second was bleeding heavily and taken to ECMC. A third victim was found at a nearby house with injuries and taken to ECMC.

One of those injured, Lamont Washington, has now been charged with first degree assault and third degree criminal possession of weapon. After being released from ECMC on Saturday, he was taken to the Niagara County Jail.

One victim remains hospitalized and is recovering from his injuries. A second has been released.
