Man arrested after marijuana is delivered to his home

SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Springville man was arrested after authorities say he had five pounds of marijuana delivered to his Eaton Street home.

U.S. Postal inspectors, Erie County Sheriff’s deputies and East Aurora Police detectives took Peter Kohler into custody Wednesday afternoon. Officers say in addition to felony possession of marijuana, the 22-year-old is charged with felony possession of an assault weapon and misdemeanor possession of a weapon after several guns were found inside his home.

Kohler is being held in the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
