Man wanted on drug warrants turns himself in

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man wanted on two outstanding warrants turned himself in to Jamestown Police, Wednesday morning.

Cesar Soto, 36, was the target of a multi-agency raid at his residence on Willis Street in Jamestown on April 2 but he was not home at the time. SWAT personnel and police investigators say they found heroin, stolen property, prescription medications and drug packaging materials in the home.

Soto is now being held at the Jamestown City Jail, awaiting arraignment.

Police say their investigation into drug trafficking in Jamestown is ongoing and more arrests are expected in the future. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
