Guillermo Martinez

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Niagara Falls man was arrested after police found a weapon belonging to him during a traffic stop.

State Police stopped a vehicle when they noticed the front seat passenger was not wearing a seat belt. The passenger, Guillermo Martinez, was said to be acting nervously.
