Man who hit parked car accused of driving drunk

SENECA NATION RESERVATION – A Genesee County man was arrested on the Seneca Nation Reservation after hitting a parked car while allegedly driving drunk.

Erie County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cyle Sundown of Basom around 12:30 a.m. last Friday for DWI and other traffic violations. Officers say the 20-year-old struck a parked car on Longhouse Road.

Sundown reportedly failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of .16 percent, which is twice the legal limit.
