Deputies: Teens found smoking pot, homeowner arrested

NORTH COLLINS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County Sheriff’s deputies say they found two 16 year-olds smoking marijuana in a North Collins home on Sunday.

The homeowner, 39-year-old Laura Fiegel was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree, Narcotics Possession (pills) in the seventh degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, two counts of Criminal Nuisance,  and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

A 17-year-old male was also arrested and charged with with Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree , Narcotics Possession (pills) in the seventh degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Criminal Possession of marijuana in the fourth degree.  His name isn’t being released because of his age.

The teen, along with Fiegel, were transported to the Holding Center to await arraignment on their charges in North Collins Court.

The two 16 year-olds and an additional 17 year-old male found in the house were arrested and charged with marijuana possession.  They were processed and released on appearance tickets.
