Perry motorcyclist dies following crash in York

YORK, N.Y. (WIVB) – A motorcyclist from Perry has died after slamming into two dirt bikes Sunday night in Livingston county.

The Batavia Daily News reports that Anthony Pries, 25, plowed his motorcycle into the bikers who were on the shoulder of the road along York Road West near Federal Road in York.

Pries, a passenger on his motorcycle, and the operator of one of the dirt bikes were flown to Strong Hospital in Rochester. Pries sustained serious head injuries and later died.

Two others were transported by ambulance, but their injuries were not life-threatening.
