Troopers report finding heroin, crack, pipes during stop

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A traffic stop on Bailey Avenue resulted in two drug arrests Saturday night. New York State Police say the driver, 25-year-old Lindsay Shaffer, of Amherst, and passenger 33-year-old David Jarczewski, of Depew, are facing charges.

Shaffer was allegedly carrying a small amount of heroin, and has a suspended driver’s license. Jarczewski is accused of having heroin, crack and two glass crack pipes.

They are both charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Shaffer is also accused of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
