City to host open house on brownfield development

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Tuesday, Buffalo will host an open house on developing brownfields, giving residents an opportunity to weigh in on the future of city’s industrial past.

If you live near the sites, you can let officials know what your vision is for your neighborhood. City leaders want to develop some master plans similar to the Riverbend project in South Buffalo.

The meeting is from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Old First Ward Community Center.
