BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Equipment from a Buffalo Theatre District restaurant is set to go under the auction hammer this Thursday.
Perfetto’s, which opened in the summer of 2012 in the Market Arcade complex, shut its doors several months ago. It is the latest closing in a string of restaurants that occupied the space at 617 Main Street.
Cash Realty & Auctions will auction off Perfetto’s restaurant equipment starting on location starting at 10 a.m.
Business First reports the new owner of the property, developer Nick Sinatra, expects to have another restaurant in the space this summer. That will be about the same time work to restore vehicular traffic to the 600 block of Main Street is scheduled to wrap up.
