BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Two separate shootings in Buffalo happened just 30 minutes apart on Friday.
The first occurred at Massachusetts and Shields Avenue around 4 p.m. Police say a man was shot in the abdomen and was taken to ECMC with serious injuries. His current condition is unknown.
Around 30 minutes later, about five miles away, a man was shot in the leg on the first block of Zelmer Street. He made it to a relative’s home on Bailey Avenue, where he was then picked up by an ambulance and taken to ECMC. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
