Man accused of fire that ripped through building

WESTFIELD, N.Y. (WIVB) – Investigators have a suspect in the Westfield fire earlier this month. They believed it was an arsonist’s work from the beginning.

According to the Dunkirk Observer, police have charged 41-year-old Timothy Dulmus. Fire ripped through a vacant building on Clinton Street, early In the morning of April 9th, in Westfield.

Investigators believe Dulmus set some trash on fire, and the flames spread throughout the building.
