14 Canisius athletes sign to play in college

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A massive letter of intent signing ceremony took place at Canisius High School this morning, with 14 student athletes making their college choices official.

The signings give Canisius 24 seniors this year who will compete at the college level. Williamsville North also had five players sign today. The complete list of today’s signings is included below.

• Rolando Cercone – SUNY Buffalo (football)
• Andrew Cleary – John Carroll University (lacrosse)
• Joe Ebner – University of Pennsylvania (crew)
• Keon Garrett – Hamilton College (football)
• Michael Marcinkowski – Hilbert College (baseball)
• Devante Miles – Geneva College (football)
• Max Patterson – Georgetown University (crew)
• Joe Pernick – John Carroll University (lacrosse)
• Connor Ryan – Mercyhurst University (baseball)
• Taylor Sharman – Baldwin Wallace University (lacrosse)
• De’Anthony Simpson – Utica College (football)
• Josh Veronica – University of Rochester (football)

Williamsville North
• Katelyn Battaglia – Canisius College (swimming)
• Alexander Binner – Roberts Wesleyan (lacrosse)
• Lauren Hudson – Bucknell University (track)
• Kolbe Hughes – Edinboro University (football)
