Man accused of carrying drug in toilet paper

CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says they found a strip of Suboxin hidden in some toilet paper, while booking a man in county jail.

Officials say 28-year-old Joshua Powell was having his belongings searched when the found the drug.

Powell was faces seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband. He was arraigned in Town of Chautauqua Court on $1,000 bail.
